Our Story
Mr. Ivan Lugo, Real Estate Broker (1995-2020) was the creator of Luxury Homes PR. Ivan had a dream of combining Law and Real Estate. He unfortunately passed away and his family created a non-profit organization to help Law, Art, and Real Estate students in an economic way to achieve their dreams.
Ruby González, Ivan’s mother, with more than 24 years of experience in the Real Estate industry added to her portfolio this luxury division, after the opportunity for foreigners to live in Puerto Rico with the tax incentives code, which its core goal is to promote economic development to this beautiful island.

Luxury Homes PR also gives an opportunity, with philanthropic work, to young College students that study Law, Arts, and Real Estate that inspire to change Puerto Rico for the better. In every transaction a percentage of the earnings goes to this non-profit organization called Fundacion Ivan Omar Lugo González which was founded by Ruby Gonzalez in honor of her passing son.
